  • Stored Data: Emails retrieved from Gmail are stored in our database for processing and display.

By connecting your Gmail account with MailOwl, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

  • MailOwl uses your Gmail data via Google APIs, in compliance with Google’s API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
  • We only request access to the minimum necessary data and do not use Gmail data for advertising or unauthorized purposes.
  • By using this integration, you agree to Google’s Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
